what a wonderful world...

wow i meet so many more people when i actually want to! hee hee. i'm gradually discovering people i know in my classes. in my alg class is billy. who i didn't see at all today. :( but instead i found one of my friends from orientation! that was good. her name's shurlyn and i hung out with her until her next class at 10:30. i had my lunch then, at 9:40am :P, and found out the Sbarro pizza in the student union is NASTY. it's even thinner than AHS'! disappointing. it's very wide but so darn thin. shurlyn wanted a med size cup of ice and they give her this tiny styrofoam cup. how rude. and then when she was about to get another cube she saw a bug inside! EEEWWW!!! so disgusting. note to self: do NOT go back there. tomorrow i'm trying an Egg Rollz restaurant. maybe i'll try Wackadoo's friday.

yesterday i had my alg discussion class and enjoyment of music class. i left at 8:45, drove for about 20min looking for a spot. i dont like trying to hunt people down for a spot. anyway, parked around 9:50, went to millican hall, went to library to wait. for my 1:30 class. i wanted to put my head down and nap so much. but since that would be a bit embarrassing, i decided not to. i think i'll go to the 3rd floor and sit in one of those mini cubicules and sleep there if i want nap. hardly anyone's there. not to mention the actual "quiet floor" on the 4th. okay where was i, oh yesterday. disc class is cool we have a grad student heading that. his name is damion hammock. u could just tell he's new cuz he would hardly make eye contact, he doesn't make perfect parantheses marks. lol. oh gosh music class? it was soooooooo boring.... i think it was just the atmosphere of people being annoyed and sarcastic comments. but then the lighting was pretty dark and i started to fall asleep... she (the prof) finally said something that made the whole class react and i didn't hear it! all i heard was the word cancel. what was it?! n e way i really dont think the class will be that bad. there were like 300 people in that class. later as i was walking out of it i saw raymond, nicole's bf, was walking rite next to me! he had that class too. i was happy to actually carry on a conversation without the introductions and other formalities. we talked all the way to the library where i went to the 3rd floor and created noise with my breathing laptop and clicking of the keys. i still don't have a strong wireless connection. which is not fair! this guy today was sitting where i was in the bookstore with his ethernet card and his internet was working just fine. my laptop is sposed to have the connection built in. ppsshhh. have to sort that out soon.

okay back to meeting new people. haha. umm after shurlyn went to class i went to the cafe bookstore to do my alg homework. which i finished! *proud*. then i had 2 hrs to kill lol. or was it 1.5hrs? so i read. a book. u dont see me do that often. even during ap english last year! lol j/k. but yes i was voluntarily reading, perhaps i should do more of that. appear more worldly and intellectual. socio class was a bit tedious. i actually learned the most today from physical geo class. LoL. and it was very very basic stuff. solar system, gravity, latitude, longitude. but i learned about how the international date line was created, why time zone lines are screwed up. we got our wet syllabus, it was raining (surprise surprise). i discovered yesterday that the seats in the auditoriums on the left edges have left handed boards to write on! so yay, i try to get those now. disc. class has right handed desks, grr. and um in phys geo class i found a lefty seat which i sat down. guy next to me started talking to me. yay! i like it when people start talking first. he was cool, we just talked about stupid stuff. where the BA building is, what year in college we're in. okay basic stuff not stupid stuff. hooray i have a friend in that class now! he actually asked for my aim sn after class, and we exchanged. i never just met a person and gave them my sn before. well at least i have a buddy to sit with in that class.

i got out of geo at 3:20 and i didn't have a good reason to walk all the way to the lib today so i actually went home. not much more to do here either. i contemplated going to fashion square mall, or watching a movie. i said i'd be home by 6:30 so i had plenty of time. but i couldn't get over having to do either by myself so i drove past both choices. that's alrite, maybe tomorrow i can go watch Spy Kids 3-D in a cheap theater where no one will recognize me. lol. i could always go to the mall and find a gift for someone's birthday. haven't done that in awhile. or maybe i'll drive out by myself to Millenia mall and use that Macy's gift card.

whoo long post. sorry, i was certain i'd be busier and have 5minute rushed posts now that i've started l'universite. :-p instead i think u'll get really long posts every other day haha.
