Do you like the Harry Potter action figure?
I think it's cool. I had to go in this lycra suit and stand on this platform and they scanned my body up and down with these lasers to get all my facial features and things. The oddest thing was seeing myself as a Lego action figure. It was so strange seeing my cylindrical head.

Hahaha lycra suit...scanned body up and down... that made me giggle.

Do you wear glasses when you're not playing Harry Potter?
I'm supposed to but I always lose them or a lens falls out or something. So after we went through three pairs, we stopped buying them. I even managed to break my Harry Potter glasses at one stage. But there were a lot of pairs, a whole row of them in the prop department.

What's the story with the contact lenses?
I don't have green eyes, like Harry's, so I tried to wear green contacts, but they were so irritating that I stopped. Computer animation painted my eyes green during post-production.

So they really did try to paint them green?? in some of the scenes they do look greenish. but other times they still look blue.

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!!!

Yesterday I went with my sister and dad to Van's Skatepark on I-Drive to see the Free Flow competition. It was cool to see all the skaters out there trying out their best tricks. One guy finally got his but wiped out pretty bad when he rolled back down and slid into the corner of a funbox. The smallest boys did their tricks with the most ease, or so it seemed. It was also cool to see a few girls there! Girl. Power. woohoo! :p. After awhile we checked out some more of Festival Bay. We went into the University Sportswear store where everything was $8.98 or under! That was exciting. But all I found of UCF were some ratty hats. So I didn't find anything really to get. Then we went into Shepler's: "the largest western store." And I'd have to agree it probably was. I had never seen so much cowboy gear in one place in my entire life. They had everything! My dad was having fun looking around, so tiff and I had the idea to buy him something from there. The day before I went with Matt and Kate to Downtown Disney (which was LOADS of fun, I'll tell ya about it soon), and I saw belt buckles there. I almost bought one there but then decided not to. However when we were at Shepler's we found a buckle to get him! Hee hee so that's what we bought him and he's wearing it now. Yay. We also went to Ron Jon's for awhile and I decided that I would still like to have a longboard someday.

Today we went to China First Buffet, past Altamonte mall, because the one before the mall was closed! Without warning, all we saw was a closed down empty building with a letter that said it was court-ordered to close by the 18th. We almost went there on Friday, it's a good thing we didn't. But that was SO odd. It was just... gone. The food at C.F.B. was much better anyway. We also went to the mall for awhile and now we're just chillin at home.

Abba the Turtle

That Sunday after the concert, my dad found a turtle in the backyard!! My sister and I were just waking up. She was already at the breakfast table and I was just stumbling in. They both looked at me and I looked at the table and saw something moving in a bowl! AAHHH!!! I silently responded. Not because I thought we were eating it for breakfast, but because there was a REAL turtle in the house! REAL! haha. My dad thought it would be entertaining to keep her but we thought it would be best to let her go back. Because we just saw "ABBA" we decided to name it just that! hee hee it's sort of a cute name...

"TAKE A CHANCE ON MEEEE!!"

On Saturday my family and I went to Citywalk to watch a tribute band of ABBA. they were called Bjorn Again! it was cool. the doors opened at 8 and we got to be at the very very front. there was this white line on the ground that everyone stood behind as if there was something stopping us for being right at the stage. some guy next to us called it the "magical white line". so we humored it by standing behind it until the show started. then finally some photographer motioned for us all to surpass the white line and from then on we had our arms leaning right on the stage! wooooowwww. they were quite a good band. we were right in front of the guy who plays the guitar aka "bjorn". he played well but i thought he shook his hips a little to close to me for comfort :P. their "tour manager" lars was hilarious because...oh first of all they all had swedish accents like the original band. so lars is the dorky pale-skinned manager...just funny. their choreography was funny. the brunette looked like she'd forget her moves. maybe she's just portraying how the original one was? OH YEAH and we can't forget the drunk lady next to my sister. everyone she caught a quiet moment she'd outstretch her arms towards bjorn and yell "TAKE A CHANCE ON ME!!!!!" that's one of the songs but i think she really meant it. lol. they came back to do an encore with that song. "this one's for you" great. so she got really exciting and sat on the stage. oh no she's gonna get on.. and before the girls come out she's all waving her arms around and boy it was hilarious. she spilled alcohol on stage while getting up and security escorted her away.

i FINALLY saw HARRY POTTER AND THE PRISONER OF AZKABAN!!!

it is so...oh...ahh... just the feeling aahh it's so hard to explain in words.

i am procrastinating from writing my big huge entire summary of the days' events because i know i'll be sitting here for another couple of hours trying to write it.

oh well i'll write it anyway.

but geez the party, the people, the unexpected call with sonya (yeah haha that was interesting), EVERYTHING turned out so perfect to lead up to the final showing of the beloved, much anticpated, long-awaited installment of the hp series. AAAHH i just get all giggly and have chills. SO SO SO happy. SOO happy. SOOO... aaahhh. you get the idea.
