so, it's been my 4th day in a row posting something.

i think i want to join a few clubs. so far i'm only interested in the society of women engineers. yes i think i shall look on the website of clubs. *opens new window*. what else is nouveau... looking up some daniel radcliffe wallpapers for a blog bckgd(backgrounds) yesterday. *evil laughter*. in time, my friend. found the software at best buy today to edit my video. $99.99 ! didn't get it. because it's 100+! but i think i want to go back and get it. lol. i get this horrible feeling when i spend so much money at once. but i think it's about time i get used to that :P. have to go out again anyway. i wonder what time they close...

la la la. haven't had an online convo with anyone for a few days. i keep going to sleep. lol.

i feel the need to reminisce before saying "bon voyage" to Molly while she is about to go off to college :)

i haven't known you that long but you have been such a good friend. the hamlet project got us together as friends but i do say, harry potter kept us that way. i remember how we used to rally little emails to each other.... mostly about hp.... during vacation and during school. the first real online conversation i had with you was right after hp2 came out in theaters! that was fun. and even though the actual seminar was plain brutal, i enjoyed working on the project with you and shirin. oh the best part of it? the bloody tablecloth! icky. thanks very much for all the memories, coming to my birthday "social", taking me to downtown disney, going to Osaka's (with and w/o stacy). oo and even when we went to watch HP2 for the second time. :) there's other memories i'm leaving out but those are to name a few. wait is this a post for molly or harry potter? lol. anyway much good fortune for you in that haunted St. Augustine college called Flagler! i hope we keep in touch! we probably will unless the internet decides to implode thus leaving a giant hole in everyone's lives. lol (not likely to happen)

eh, what a BLAH day.

should've expected it tho. the day after i feel really good comes one of these days. saw billy but he was sitting with his friend so i sat by myself. well theoretically "by myself" but technically there were people still next to me. as mrs pyle, alg prof, was doing a problem i suddenly had the urge to be back in mrs johnston's class and get high on that marker smell. i missed that i guess. couldn't find shurlyn at all. that sucked. i had my engineering class today so i wouldn't have much time to talk to her but still. anyway went to my egn class which i found very welcoming. none of that "look at the person to the right of you, look at the person to the left of you, only one of you will still be here" they were making it very clear that they wanted to get rid of that and i was feeling comfortable with stickin this engineering thing thru. it's exciting in a way. after the 1hr presentation about the stats and profs and welcomes, we broke up into labs that are head up by a mentor. the mentors are junior or senior egn students. my mentor is Andres who i admit is a cutie. for some reason 3 of the labs all had to go in one room so it was funny trying to concentrate on what we were doing. we formed a group that we're sposed to work with the whole semester with projects and stuff. megan, laura, michelle, and matt. lucky matt lol. i was surprised by the friendliness and lightheartedness in that class. surprised in a good way. after that, i wanted to go to the Welcome Expo that i think had all the clubs out there. BUT, turns out i walked the wrong way and i just didn't feel much like walking the opposite to get there so i bought my smoothie and got ready fo soc class. didn't have any friends in there. went to physical geo class. didn't find my new friend. fun fun huh. no wait, it gets better. i go get my lunch after my last class at Egg Rollz. all that was left was sesame and sweet and sour chicken, some broccoli, ONE eggroll, and white rice. oh well i was so hungry. and da sesame chicken was pretty good.

i decided i'd eat first then go pick up my egn book. tried to pick it up in reservations. dude named Roary (strange spelling but that's what it said on his tag) made me look for a receipt. turns out i didn't even need it after 5 minutes of searching. he said i just needed to go buy it like everyone else. 'twouldn't be charge to the original card but the new form a payment. well dang. i didn't have any money. i don't have my own credit card. so i had to walk all the way back to the atm in the student union. so so muggy and hott. sweatin my... i was sweating beaucoup. went back bookstore. found book went in line. asked how much scantrons were. then paid for my book. darn multiples of 20. i was standing there trying to count the correct amount of twenties, elementary math at work (woohoo!), i gave the cashier lady most of it. said i just needed 2.19 left. i could've easily handed over another 20 but i uncovered 2 dollars from a cargo pocket and rummaged some more for 19 cents. i took for eva. lol. but there was no one behind so i had all the time in the world.

later i went to get gas at the Mobil on university blvd. i stop at a pump that's mega tall! i'm thinkin why the heck did they make them all so tall! i felt so short. then i looked at the pump next to me and saw it was normal size. well that was stupid. i on my tip toes trying to read the screen. i thought hey maybe these tall ones are for people in big cars. but that still doesn't make sense cuz u're not in your car when u pump gas. crazy. so i had a little person moment at that pump but now i know not to use that one.

well i am so tired for some reason and i prolly made typos but that's a given no?

so i figured out what was canceled.

class today! yaaayyy!!!

i got up around 7am but i wouldn't have to drive to my one class until 12:30. so i go online and check the syllabus for music class, which was our first assignment and i check the class schedule. and i discover class was cancelled! *happy*. UCF is so darn internet oriented. i would be SO screwed if mine wasn't working. but i'm glad her class shtuff is on here or i would have driven all the way for nuthin!! so now i'm just hangin out here in the house like a normal summer day. ahhh the sweetness of it.....

wow i meet so many more people when i actually want to! hee hee. i'm gradually discovering people i know in my classes. in my alg class is billy. who i didn't see at all today. :( but instead i found one of my friends from orientation! that was good. her name's shurlyn and i hung out with her until her next class at 10:30. i had my lunch then, at 9:40am :P, and found out the Sbarro pizza in the student union is NASTY. it's even thinner than AHS'! disappointing. it's very wide but so darn thin. shurlyn wanted a med size cup of ice and they give her this tiny styrofoam cup. how rude. and then when she was about to get another cube she saw a bug inside! EEEWWW!!! so disgusting. note to self: do NOT go back there. tomorrow i'm trying an Egg Rollz restaurant. maybe i'll try Wackadoo's friday.

yesterday i had my alg discussion class and enjoyment of music class. i left at 8:45, drove for about 20min looking for a spot. i dont like trying to hunt people down for a spot. anyway, parked around 9:50, went to millican hall, went to library to wait. for my 1:30 class. i wanted to put my head down and nap so much. but since that would be a bit embarrassing, i decided not to. i think i'll go to the 3rd floor and sit in one of those mini cubicules and sleep there if i want nap. hardly anyone's there. not to mention the actual "quiet floor" on the 4th. okay where was i, oh yesterday. disc class is cool we have a grad student heading that. his name is damion hammock. u could just tell he's new cuz he would hardly make eye contact, he doesn't make perfect parantheses marks. lol. oh gosh music class? it was soooooooo boring.... i think it was just the atmosphere of people being annoyed and sarcastic comments. but then the lighting was pretty dark and i started to fall asleep... she (the prof) finally said something that made the whole class react and i didn't hear it! all i heard was the word cancel. what was it?! n e way i really dont think the class will be that bad. there were like 300 people in that class. later as i was walking out of it i saw raymond, nicole's bf, was walking rite next to me! he had that class too. i was happy to actually carry on a conversation without the introductions and other formalities. we talked all the way to the library where i went to the 3rd floor and created noise with my breathing laptop and clicking of the keys. i still don't have a strong wireless connection. which is not fair! this guy today was sitting where i was in the bookstore with his ethernet card and his internet was working just fine. my laptop is sposed to have the connection built in. ppsshhh. have to sort that out soon.

okay back to meeting new people. haha. umm after shurlyn went to class i went to the cafe bookstore to do my alg homework. which i finished! *proud*. then i had 2 hrs to kill lol. or was it 1.5hrs? so i read. a book. u dont see me do that often. even during ap english last year! lol j/k. but yes i was voluntarily reading, perhaps i should do more of that. appear more worldly and intellectual. socio class was a bit tedious. i actually learned the most today from physical geo class. LoL. and it was very very basic stuff. solar system, gravity, latitude, longitude. but i learned about how the international date line was created, why time zone lines are screwed up. we got our wet syllabus, it was raining (surprise surprise). i discovered yesterday that the seats in the auditoriums on the left edges have left handed boards to write on! so yay, i try to get those now. disc. class has right handed desks, grr. and um in phys geo class i found a lefty seat which i sat down. guy next to me started talking to me. yay! i like it when people start talking first. he was cool, we just talked about stupid stuff. where the BA building is, what year in college we're in. okay basic stuff not stupid stuff. hooray i have a friend in that class now! he actually asked for my aim sn after class, and we exchanged. i never just met a person and gave them my sn before. well at least i have a buddy to sit with in that class.

i got out of geo at 3:20 and i didn't have a good reason to walk all the way to the lib today so i actually went home. not much more to do here either. i contemplated going to fashion square mall, or watching a movie. i said i'd be home by 6:30 so i had plenty of time. but i couldn't get over having to do either by myself so i drove past both choices. that's alrite, maybe tomorrow i can go watch Spy Kids 3-D in a cheap theater where no one will recognize me. lol. i could always go to the mall and find a gift for someone's birthday. haven't done that in awhile. or maybe i'll drive out by myself to Millenia mall and use that Macy's gift card.

whoo long post. sorry, i was certain i'd be busier and have 5minute rushed posts now that i've started l'universite. :-p instead i think u'll get really long posts every other day haha.

So. my first day. it was great!

didn't feel like socializing yet. meh. still in the observation stage. people i saw: Billy. he was apparently in my algebra class but i didn't see him. how could i in an auditorium of 400? he later saw me again at lunch. and Kate. i just sat down to eat my "caribbean cheeseburger" when she walked by. i tried to call her but she didn't hear and i'm so paranoid about leaving my stuff unattended cuz i brought my laptop. i saw a couple more people i recognized from AHS but i don't think they'd recognize me. sociology class and geography class let us out about 30min early. the socio prof was very, in his own words, "peppy" today. and since i've already talked about it, here's more of what happened via my convo with stace:

me (10:48:02 PM): it was physical geography and i expected some another spunky guy like the socio teacher...
me (10:49:45 PM): and i dont want to sound mean but when he came in i thought oo he's old like the rock formations! yeah i kno that's bad. when he talks he has really big pauses in between. "and usually about 90% of you wait till the last minute *joke* ..................... long pause............. do you get what i'm trying to say here?"

me (10:52:22 PM): he's funny just not, uh quick about it. and he let us out early cuz we hardly reacting to him at all. "how many have your books? well.......... the bookstore would like to see you ........... so go leave, yeah that woke up a lot of you"

i wanted to laugh because of the awkward silences between his thoughts but that would be rude. i let those guys do it for me. poor him. i really hope he isn't that slow when class really gets going. he did interest me with our future field trip to the forest tho :D.

anyway as i have mentioned at least 3 times before, after my first class, algebra, i have this huge 4 hour break. i went to Millican Hall to turn in a check for tuition and stuff. found out the scholarship money had been calculated wrong so i have to get another check. went to the bookstore/cafe for an hour. played with computer. i couldn't get a good signal to go online tho. bad form i do say. then i WAS going to eat in the student union but i heard this loud spanish music playing and i decided to check out the small stand. "caribbean cheeseburger" eh..... it was actually good. walked thru student union, guy passed me a flyer. apparently he wanted to engage in some conversation with me "go to church around here?". i was a bit thrown off so i quickly blurted "sure" and continued to walk. he was probably just selling me his club but i could've stayed around to chat.... i definitely wasn't in the mindset to engage in conversations today lol. maybe tomorrow.

first day was great. first class at 8:30. left house at 6:30. got there at 7:20. well... i can probably leave a *tad* later. hee hee. tomorrow my first class is at 1:30. so i'm leaving between 8-9 haha. all i heard from people today was how hard it was to find parking, and i had no problem, but i'll probably be in that situation tomorrow.

Well it’s finally here. The last day of my summer vacation. Tomorrow morning I will roll out of bed at 5:30am and try to rejuvenate myself in time to leave at 6:30. This has truly been my longest summer EVER. Not just because of the anticipation of college this semester, but also because of everything I’ve done. dang. this video thing is harder than i thought. i finished most of the filming yesterday. the editing's gonna be such a bother. SUCH a bother. hhuumpphh. i think i can finish it tomorrow. depending. unless i decide to film my dialogue all over again haha. i um say um a lot. it's hard to look directly at the camera when i keep hearing strange noises and can see myself on the screen. lol! *sigh* blah blah blah. it's another cloudy day. not very good "see how sunny florida really is" weather. :P

i normally don't like to post the quizzes that don't have pix with em, but i was frankly curious as to what "type"of girl i am. hee hee. and i was amused by the british vernacular included in the questions/responses. oh yesterday was really something. that darn cat, tekla, found two interesting creatures. well we let him outside and he mostly stays within a halfmile radius anyway so we're not too worried. he likes to sit outside the front door like a dog. i looked out the window to see what he was doing. and he was playing. with a snake. that is so blech! sometimes if we open the door when he's "playing" he'll bring it in the house. so we let him continue until later he left it alone and the snake looked pretty dead on the welcome mat. they can fake it tho. well i didn't think a snake on the mat would be very welcoming so i took a broom and swept it into the grass. *shudders*. it's not like these snakes, they're about a foot long?, are any more harmful than the lizards but i dunno. the thought of a belly crawler with fangs makes one feel uncomfortable. *gasp* what if it was a mini basilisk!! hee hee. oh the second thing tekla found was in my room. curse my room, it gets all the bugs.well i look in my room and see half of my cat sticking out from under my desk. oh no another snake?? it was this huge bug that was the size of a cockaroach. tekla doesn't really know what to do with bugs, he plays with spiders, so he just watched it and followed it. i tried to brush it out with a broom, after squashing it against the wall. i didn't mean to kill it! but it stopped moving as i swept it closer to the door. the doorway has a frame that makes it difficil to sweep UP. along the bottom of the doorway we have wires that are taped to it so that we won't trip on the wires. well on that last sweep it gets stuck in the tape. ew! if we ever take that tape off someone will be unpleasantly surprised. haha. florida wildlife, oy.

there probably isn't much more i can say than what i have already permanently written in your yearbook and birthday card. i remember the first day i met you in french class. haha you, nicole, xandi, and megan were working on some type of camp-related story (?). i don't remember much about that really except that it was hilarious and i was somewhat intimidated by all of the... vivacity. *ahem*. but i quickly learned that goofing off in french class is an art and 6th period was a classic favorite/hated part of the day. i got to kno you even better this past year. the mornings in the media center, the run-ins at the lockers, the online conversations, the "joyriding". we've laughed... we've laughed... you've seen my bad side, i've seen your good side. this would be a good time to mention every single inside joke and memory that comes to mind but i already accomplished that with your bday present! haha. i really enjoy being your friend and i know u'll do great in miami. just wanted to let you know that i'm here for you and that just like the 3 of us were saying on the way back from Osaka, the internet will probably not make it any different haha. sooo have lotsa fun, don't make your roommate too paranoid. oh yeah, and I'LL MISS YOU A LOT!!!!

went to UCF with my mom again. we left around 7:10 this time, which i will not leave that late when classes actually leave. yes that is considered late. anyway i thought we would just kinda walk around leisurely to find all the classes. first of all i park in a lot that was farther than i thought from my first class, i didn't bring a map. we're barely walking out of the lot and my mom goes Okay only 10minutes until class starts!! great. so we be semi-speedwalking, since i had no idea how far we were. ever seen the gameshow Supermarket Sweep? I felt like i was on that, searching for the right room. got there with one minute to spare!! haha. after that class i have a 4hour lunch break. hee hee. surely i will devote 3 of those hours to studying. :P then i go back to the same building. but then for my 3rd class of those days i only have 10minutes to move to the next building! this is worse than high school lol. we went to every class, every building, took a nice loong break in the communications building where my music class is. what a workout. shoot forget the gym! haha. finally went to pick up the books i had already reserved. found out my box of books wasn't there. i figured that not all of the books i wanted were there. a lady went to go get the books for me. found out 3 of them were missing. i knew it. so we bought what they had, went to an offcampus bookstore. should have went there in the first place. they had 2 of the books missing. darn Intro to Engineering package hasn't even been sent from the publisher!

well that was pretty much my day. i'll probably start looking over some of those books.

today? the usual, didn't really go out anywhere. started a video today. my sister's. :P that's cool. her's won't take as long as mine will. plus i'll try out the features i never tried before on hers. *evil laughter* i actually started writing stuff that i want to put in mine. and i see it happening this week! *excited*. i've decided to make it in a way that anyone who knows me will like it. hopefully. meaning it's not so much a reminiscent on the good old times that only YOU will understand and no one in the world else would but, something for everyone. yeah :). that's the way i like it. uh huh uh huh. addition. subtraction. lol hmm lost my thought. *shakes fist at Thought*. that for example would only be something one person would understand. but if i were to also say: birdpoop on windshield! then another person would pay attention to this post. hey this is fun let's add random memories! well today feels weird so far. yesterday felt like saturday. but it wasn't. since people went to school. my sister got this package from a friend in IL yesterday which was really cool. i went to get the mail and so the box was in one of those larger boxes u have to open with a key. since i have a ahemcommunitymailboxahem. darn keyhole! it was like rusted or something. i had to pull the door out a lil before the stupid key would turn. anyway her friend sent her a lil 5 minute video, which was so hilarious and sad. it wasn't much but it made me realize that that's the kind of video i want to make. i have exactly one week to do it before school starts too. hmm. ooo i can go pickup my books on monday! exciting. so yeah back to video last week i was thinking why would i want to make it? who cares anyway? and i'd be really stupid in it anyway. BUT i still think it's cool to get mail from people. and i know my friends in cali won't mind seeing myself look stupid in a way documented forever. 'sides they can see other people look stupid too. yay! i hope i can find the booklet that comes with the camera. that has all the cool stuff in there. yesterday i also went to go pickup my sister and her friends from the movies. not drop them off and pick them up. just pick them up. they went to wekiva. i see what people mean by too many underclassmen being there! tiff and her friends were waiting outside but there was a different group of girls every 10feet so i had to give them a good stare to make sure that wasn't them. driving the van. yes most entertaining. i felt like one of those soccer mom. picked them up, tuned into the oldies station. oldies are universal. one of her friends gave me directions to the back way of her house which i had never used. "okay slow down.... see that bush? yeah turn at that bush rite here. no! you missed it!" there were bushes all around us! yes THAT bush. that was funny. i backed up. oh they saw Uptown Girls. they said it was good. mom, sis, and i are going to altamonte today to see Freaky Friday.

okay here i go, typing. for those of you who don't read stacy's lj, i'm sure there's at least...2 of you, i will talk about today. so i got up at 6am in time to drive to UCF again. but 8 rolled in and i kinda figured we wouldn't be goin out anywhere. last week mollz and i were talking about kidnapping stacy. yeah we SHOULD do that. well wed or so rolls in, stacy asks if we were actually doing something. okay... yesterday stacy and i TRY to discuss what to do. i said friday would be good. and that's about as far as we got. *ahem*. so then this morning i'm up pretty early. i figure i could email them before they did anything. haha apparently the email knocked molly off for a bit of a loop cuz she hadn't remember if she planned anything. no you don't *need* to when i'm involved! haha. so then it's 11:45am. stacy comes on. molly comes on. we go into a chatroom and we only needed to discuss 4 things...where, time, where meeting, molly's not a stalker (oh wait... n/m lol) and who's driving. that only took us a lil more than half an hour. lol. but the "planning" part of it.... haha.

sposed to meet at 1. molly calls after awhile said she'll be here in 5 min. stacy calls says she's in my driveway. invite her in. continues to chase my cat around. then uhh oh about 30minutes later molly comes after our "Where's Molly? and what could have happened to her" sessions. yes we/she drove thru what seemed like very monsoon/hurricane-ish weather. imagined our condition had we been stranded on the side of the road for three days. hmm so after floatin down the street after awhile we finally get to the "eye" and the weather wasn't as bad. mmm sushi... hey! i didn't have any sushi today! haha. well... it sure seemed like it by the way molly kept passing the sushi to stacy. "EAT IT!! do you want me to die??"-- molly. no pressure of course. but she had to have some! shrimp tempura. "don't worry it's cooked." "it's cooked, u'll like it." "it's cooked." "i'm well aware it's cooked!!" she finally shoves one in her mouth as molly and i were seeing the effect of pouring soy sauce on the sushi plate. hmm that sounded so dorky. lol. anyway, holly was working so that was really cool to get to see her again. we tipped her nicely. i hope she thought so. aah my leg's asleep!! sorry. umm then we drove , she drove whatever!, back. discussed going to the beach. "yeah we should." "yes we should...." that's about as far as it went. baby steps i tell ya. stopped raining.

so what do we discuss the whole time back while we were actually not IMing each other? the internet of course. LJs, addictions, and cookies. online journal = crack. who is there to object? i support this theory. fully. whole heartedly. "hello my name is crystal and i'm addicted to the internet". hee hee. internet-aholics anonymous would be interesting. oh and yes cookies. those darn unnecessary things that take up space that web pages automatically put in ur comp. "why do they call it cookies? why not...muffins?" well in my opinion, i reply that because everybody loves cookies and they're yummy.... "it was an honest question!" i thought it was an honest answer. hahaha. hilarious. i mean who doesn't like cookies? but i digress. i write so much detail. oh well, i like to write shtuff in here that i won't remember 2 months from now. :)

after we got at my house we just stood in the driveway for awhile chatting. making fun of my family's private property signs. lol. it's okay. "'Tis the PRIVATE PROPERTY no trespassing!". i overlooked it after awhile. then we looked at stacy's tattoo. CHOUETTE. :) learn a new word everyday i must say. so then we parted our ways, molly's to pick up a sibling, stacy to harass the dell customer service, and i to get into the house.

no street racing today?? *applause*. i must say the mostly one lane roads and weather conditions didn't exactly permit such activity. not that that's good to street race! *shakes head no*. maybe my bad influence aura isn't as strong in the backseat. LoL.

got up early today.

6am.

drove to UCF. took an hour and 5minutes.

drove a bit aimlessly around the campus to get a feel for where the parking lots/garages are. the garages have a sign to tell u when each one is full! chouette. fortunately the main street around the campus is a giant circle.

went to find the bookstore i ordered my books from. my books cost more than i have to pay this semester! went to knight's corner bookstore and an oriental shop next to it. oh i went with my mom.

then we drove back. took the way stacy told me about. took about 55minutes. i guesstimated and added some minutes cuz we made some stops.

went home. it was only 11:15. i'm barely getting up then. that's my i love lucy time. had lunch... eventually dinner. the theme for today was potatoes. somewhere inbetween i was throwing the mini pink koosh ball at the cat cuz i was mad at him. oh yeah, i remember why, cuz he was licking my ravioli! i go away for one minute, and he's on the table snacking! if he talked i bet he'd have an italian accent. always after my food. no no, not everyone's just mine. anyway so he was starting to react to the koosh by trying to catch it and he accidentally scratched my finger.

i'm used to that.

it reminds me of harry potter and his detentions though *shudder*.

ah another Monday morning.... sister started school today. dad's asleep. two weeks till... well u should know by now. on saturday we went over to that shopping center with bealls and big lots and those smaller shops. my mom had to do her thing while my sister and i went to the dollar depot. they have some cool stuff there. like, socks. hee hee. i wasn't going to buy anything and then we went to the toy section. u kno those packages that contain a set of cowboys and indians or dinosaurs? well guess what I found a pack of?? lol. that's right mini turtles! that was a must buy. my sister was like "u're not really gonna buy that?". HA. i later lined up on the dashboard. turtle parade! my mom didn't exactly looked thrilled when she saw them lol. it didn't have the price on it but with all the candy we bought with it , it only totaled to 4. nice. then we walked over to bealls.... they have SO much turtle stuff there..... agony. there was a magnify glass, a windchime, a few porcelein figures, a flyswatter.... haha i considered the flyswatter. that's what we thought it was anyway. the swatting part of it was shaped like a turtle. i thought about it and what if it was like a turtle scraper to take them off the road??? :S . yikes. but they wouldn't have such a thing...

haha okay i dont think i agree with this... there were better movies i could've had! Moulin Rouge! Pirates of the Caribbean! Lion King! Forrest Gump! etc.... Fight Club?? lol that's rite imma fighta, and i'm taking YOU down!

i had a fun day hangin out with molly at downtown disney yesterday. we were only 20 minutes late to the movie....*ahem*. well we probably would have been there earlier if that cement truck was goin faster than like... 10miles/hr?? lol. seemed like it. we saw Bend it Like Beckham. that ticket lady was really slow. she was all makin small talk too "i have that exact purse except it's black". "oh haha okay...". i later found out she shortchanged me! i gave her a twenty and she gave 3 dollars back! grr. had i checked right when she gave it to me i probably would've received the rest. but i didn't. so anyway, i liked the movie. it had it's My Big Fat Greek Wedding similarities with the stress on family and culture. the plot was predictable at times and Coach Joe was not bad to look at after awhile. ;) it was kind of funny how they made American soccer look the greatest. really?? well i suppose the men's side is mediocre compared to the rest of the world but i guess the women's side is better. hmm...

after the movie we went to go find a place to eat. went to wolfgang puck's. looked at the menu. host got offended by my wearing a puma shirt with converse. left.

then we went to House of Blues. looked at menu. eh... left.

went to Virgin megastore to see what was at the cafe on the upper level. not much. left.

went back to House of Blues. asked for a table outside. one of the girls went to see if there were any ready. we sat down for awhile. finally she came back and said it would take 10 minutes. left.

before we left we went to Starbillia which has all this autographed posters/props from movies. molly wanted to show me the HP section but there were only two items left! an original luggage tag (ooooo) and an original package of envelopes (ahhhhhh). hee hee. molly asked the guy where the other stuff was. he said there was a show where they sent some of the stuff there. however the glasses that they had we sold! glasses from the harry potter movie.... woooww. its price tag was somewhere in the thousands! and someone bought it! how dare they.

molly is on some kind of sushi high so we went to a benihana's that was part of the hilton hotel. the sushi was good! so was the fried rice. oh and the soup too. i'm pretty sure that was tofu... i got the fried crab sushi roll and molly got the shrimp tempura sushi roll. those waiters are very perceptive huh molly! LoL. when he saw we were having chopstick difficulties, when she saw us trying to split the check in our heads. while we were eating, my sister called saying she wanted a choc milkshake. from A&W. she really liked the one at the fl mall for some reason. so we went to the one on main st.

well i'm actually proud of myself, yesterday i wasn't even online for more than 10 minutes! well that last post counts as wed nite cuz i was up late. but as u can see it is Friday and i'm back to being online a lot again.... yay. :P went to the florida mall yesterday. we've gone a lot. but A LOT of money was spent yesterday. i felt bad. cuz it wasn't my money lol... but i got my new shoes.

THE CHOCOLATE SHOES

i liked them when i first saw them online and when i saw them at a store. so i showed my sister them online and she's like "you want BROWN shoes?" "no they're CHOCOLATE!" "hee hee poop colored" "eeww! no they're chocolate! see that's what it says..." haha so when i went yesterday i saw them and all i thought was , they are poop colored huh. so i wasn't gonna get 'em but then my mom was asking why i didn't want them anymore. (they knew if i didn't wanna get those i'd spend more days searching the malls for new shoes.) so she said she liked them and i tried them on and i liked them. we ended up buying them :). i no longer saw them as poop colored. but as marvelous chocolate colored.... haha

funny how the description of things can influence decisions. anyway i bought a lot of new shirts, new pants. i'm a sucka for shirts with french on them lol. i only bought ONE turtle shirt : X . i would still like a new pair of jeans. has anyone noticed the new Buddy Lee dungarees commercials? i haven't seen him in a long time! i love buddy lee :D. i found this tank top with a turtle on it that I bought at cypress gardens yesterday. i was searching for my extra pair of turtle laces when i came across it. i can't believe i forgot about it! it's my only 1 of 3 actual tank tops i have. haha. oh wait 4. i have 4! well actually now it's 5... since i bought one yesterday. i need more hangers. very bothersome to run out of hangers. i am very frustrated because i can't find my extra pair of laces. maybe they're in my desk. i remember putting them in a drawer.... otherwise i spose i can buy a new pair. where did i see them? dry ice or one of the claire's'. i originally got them at gadzooks but i dont see them anymore. otherwise i'm gonna eventually throw out my old converse anyway. poor shoes. i buy one pair every year and sentence them to eternal ruin. these are pretty beat up. maybe i should try actually cleaning my shoes this year. oh my new shoes aren't ALL chocolate colored by the way. they remind me of bowling shoes hee hee. but i love bowling so i have no shame in wearing shoes that remind me of bowling shoes. i'm glad i didn't have to go to the Darter Opening today. i dont mind seeing a few of my old teachers. but the other few i just don't want to deal with haha.

bugs are stupid. especially the ones who fly into the house cuz they see this light that they must get to. until they're actually at the light and start zooming all around the house. no no the worse-er ones are the ones in the car who dont kno the window is open for them and they'd rather bump around the windshield. i saw about the last 4 minutes of the used. they were doing buried myself alive. last minute trip to wal*mart. i was a bit agitated. it's okay tho cuz they'll show it again. at 1:30 am this monday : | . meh. oh and i tried to catch pepsi smash, ended up seeing a song mraz did called you and i. i dunno if he did two like the others. there was a gnome in his band. it was just there. perhaps it was perfoming as well.

hmm plaster planet sounds like a cool place. i went to the site. which is practically nothing lol someday i shall journey to all the places to which these locals speak of. oh should i say natives?

this taking a break off the internet doesn't seem to be working very well. seemed to be easier during school... when there were better shows on tv to watch . i mean... haha. school work number one priority ALWAYS... lol. i went online and checked how much my school books cost. it had all but one that i should have for my intro to engineering course. so far the price tag is past $400. yikes. and most of them are in fact used! i need to reserve my books already actually. i dunno if i want to use a credit card tho.

i haven't talked to nicole sullivan in a loong time. i wonder how she's doin in NC.

i wanna say that i'm gonna take a break from this internet life and not be on for a few days but i know that i'd be saying a frickin LIE. lol. but yeah i'm not gonna be on as much for a few days just cuz. if u see me on for like a minute and then get off, it's not cuz i'm ignoring you or don't wanna talk. i just need to cut back from this online time. (i think my laptop does too). i'll still be updating my blog when the ocassion comes, checking email and comment in your journals. so... i'll still be on "here" but you won't really "see" me.

tiffany goes back to school on monday. a sophomore already wow. where does the time go. i remember back when i was a sophomore... oo that was the worst summer actually. don't wanna remember lol. but the beginning of that summer after freshman year was so nice. even though they were goodbye parties. people actually wrote letters to me that summer. :) i was happy for that. but then sad. shucks. eh, illinois was aight. actually started to like it until WE MOVED. lol. oh wellz. where am i? where was i? uhh florida and talking about... oh yeah sopho year. well technically the summer 'fore that. or was i actually talking about how my sister is now a sophomore and goin back to school? possibly...

la. dee. dah. i need to go buy some new clothes. not go to the mall and look around, actually go buy stuff! haha. i do that alot. today i actually had an excuse tho. no moola. i think i kno which shoes i want to buy. they're converse. hee hee of course the way i've been goin about buying shoes "hmm do those go with my turtle laces?". looks like i'm still gonna be sportin the turtle style in college. :P *joy*.

howdy folks.

just got back from holly's bday party. it was a nice get together. altho all i knew was this one girl i recognized who was at holly's grad party and bobby from school. that's okay tho cuz i've learned to have a good time even if i hardly kno anyone. i remember when i used to not go to stuff because i didn't think i'd know that many people. then i'd find that i had missed out. so now i try to go to everything i'm invited to. i was glad bobby came cuz he actually carried some conversation with me. there was a group of 3 girls, i think they were sophomores at apopka, who stuck together. they were funny. holly had so much food but it was SOOO good. they even had those shrimp tempura sushis. her fam runs that restaurant that she works in, the one i went to with molly and received yummy cheesecake, so you can imagine it was all good food. i got so full. it was kinda annoying cuz the 3 girls, tiny skinny humans were all into that "oh well... is it fattening?" "ugh i'm so fat". NO YOU'RE NOT. lol but i just giggled when they were at a point where they didn't want to eat but they weren't full yet so they kept rallying "well i'll eat one if you eat one" phrases at each other. finally i just took one and then one of them was like "oh okay since SHE got one I'LL get one". haha. after the choc ice cream cake they setup up some DDR. it looked like a lot of fun and i had fun time just watching. :) holly and her brother are REALLY good at it. well they should be since they have it huh :P. i was gonna leave at 4:30 but the party finished up quick and i split too.

i think that's been it for my sunday. my mom still wants to go see Bend it Like Beckham. maybe i'll go see it with molly. if she hasn't seen it yet. ew it smells like gasoline... oh yeah i kno why. i was filling up the tank and when i took the nozzle out, it spilled on my hand! ick. so now it's prolly all over the keyboard. well, just that half.

hee hee my favorite part is the first verse.

well i wrote a pretty long post earlier today but i just deleted it cuz i didnt' like how it turned out. i got a letter today! well... more like a "quick note"


SONYA! YOU HAVE SOME NERVE CHOPPING UP THAT LETTER AND CALLING IT A "PUZZLE"!!!

lol. j/k. how very uh creative of you :). i couldn't believe u did that tho haha. i was all on the floor figuring it out. i did the picture side first of course which wasn't as bad as i thought it would be. but then for some reason i couldn't easily just flip it over with the written side so i had to start over. i thought of taping it together but... t'ain't much fun. so i solved the puzzle, twice! i write down what you wrote so i could read it w/o doin the puzzle! lol a few years from now when i'm feeling down, i'll pull this letter out so that it could distract me from that. and bring back that good old frustrated feeling i got when i saw my letter in shambles. haha. i enjoyed it!

can't think of anymore at the moment. had work today. one of the coworkers was at the end of her shift and was like "ok i got fired bye...*leaves*". what?! jan and i were in shock. was she serious?? we spent a minute starin at each other confused. jan tried to ask why she was fired but she just left. i thought maybe she was just joking cuz she never seemed to do anything wrong nor would the boss do such a thing. but then he comes by the kitchen to leave a memo for everyone to read. it confirmed that she had in fact been sacked! i couldn't believe it. why? then i thought she had to get one of those two week notice deals rite? that's so bad. i hope it wasn't sprung on her. it also talked about how another person was no longer going to work in the office. what was happening?! of course the memo doesn't say "the following people have been fired and replaced by these people..." but says "will be missed". that is so strange. it's beyond comprehension for me at the moment.
