Naked Turtle

To drop my shell for but a brief moment of the day

GHOST HOST:

When hinges creak in doorless chambers and strange and frightening sounds echo through the halls, whenever candlelights flicker where the air is deathly still, that is the time when ghosts are present, practicing their terror with ghoulish delight.

Welcome, foolish mortals, to the Haunted Mansion. I am your host, your Ghost Host. Kindly step all the way in please, and make room for everyone. There's no turning back now.

Our tour begins here in this gallery, where you see paintings of some of our guests as they appeared in their corruptible, mortal state.

Your cadaverous pallor betrays an aura of foreboding, almost as though you sense a disquieting metamorphosis. Is this haunted room actually stretching? Or is it your imagination? And consider this dismaying observation: this chamber has no windows, and no doors. Which offers you this chilling challenge: to find a way out! Of course, there's always my way.

Oh, I didn't mean to frighten you prematurely. The real chills come later. Now, as they say, "look alive," and we'll continue our little tour. And let's all stay together, please.

There are several prominent ghosts who have retired here from creepy old crypts all over the world. Actually, we have 999 happy haunts here, but there's room for a thousand. Any volunteers? If you insist on lagging behind, you may not need to volunteer.

(The following two paragraphs alternate, depending on which expanding room you can down in. If you linger and wait for the next expanding room, you can hear both spiels.)

(Version #1)

The carriage that will carry you into the moldering sanctum of the spirit world will accommodate you and one or two loved ones. Kindly watch your step as you board, please. We spirits haunt our best in gloomy darkness, so remember, no flash pictures, please.

(Version #2)

And now a carriage approaches to take you into the boundless realm of the supernatural. Take your loved ones by the hand, please, and kindly watch your step. Oh yes, and no flash pictures, please. We spirits are frightfully sensitive to bright lights.

Do not pull down on the safety bar, please; I will lower it for you. And heed this warning: the spirits will materialize only if you remain quietly seated at all times.

We find it delightfully unlivable here in this ghostly retreat. Every room has wall-to-wall creeps and hot and cold running chills. Sh, listen.

(During the last rehab in Sept 1995, these two paragraphs where added back in)

All our ghosts have been dying to meet you. This one can hardly contain himself. Unfortunately, they all seem to have trouble getting through. Perhaps Madam Leota can establish contact. She has a remarkable head for materializing the disembodied.

MADAM LEOTA:

Serpents and spiders, tail of a rat call in the spirits wherever they're at. Rap on a table, it's time to respond, send us a message from somewhere beyond. Goblins and ghoulies from last Halloween awaken the spirits with your tambourine. Creepies and crawlies, toads in a pond let there be music from regions beyond. Wizards and witches wherever you dwell give us a hint by ringing a bell.

GHOST HOST:

The happy haunts have received your sympathetic vibrations and are beginning to materialize. They're assembling for a swinging wake. And they'll be expecting me. I'll see you all a little later.

GRIM GRINNING GHOSTS:

When the crypt doors creak and the tombstones quake Spooks come out for a swinging wake Happy haunts materialize And begin to vocalize Grim grinning ghosts come out to socialize

Now don't close your eyes and don't try to hide Or a silly spook may sit by your side Shrouded in a daft disguise They pretend to terrorize Grim grinning ghosts come out to socialize

As the moon climbs high over the dead oak tree Spooks arrive for the midnight spree Creepy creeps with eerie eyes Start to shriek and harmonize Grim grinning ghosts come out to socialize When you hear the knell of a requiem bell Weird glows gleam where spirits dwell Restless bones etherealize Rises spooks of every size

GHOST HOST:

Ah, there you are. And just in time. There's a little matter I forgot to mention: beware of hitchhiking ghosts. They have selected you to fill our quota, and they'll haunt you until you return. Now I will raise the safety bar, and a ghost will follow you home.

GRIM GRINNING GHOSTS:

If you would like to join our jamboree There's a simple rule that's compulsory Mortals pay a token fee Rest in peace; the haunting's free So hurry back we would like your company

LITTLE LEOTA:

Hurry back, hurry back. Be sure to bring your death certificate if you decide to join us. Make final arrangements now. We've been dying to have you.

Whoop there it is!

um yeah.

forgot to post yesterday gosh darned it! i wanted to post everyday. and i forgot to stay up for the Mr. KABC show again. sonya if u're reading this, sorry i said i was going to "brb" monday nite but i just went to bed because my mom wanted to use the comp.

anyway last nite i went to my sister's last game of the season where my mom and i were devoured by mosquitos. well maybe it wasn't *that* bad but i have like 6 bites all over my left hand. yeah they could see i was lefthanded from miles away... it also rained but we were prepared with umbrellas. They had a little ceremony for Monica Faison who was killed from a car accident last month. She was on the softball team so she had a special place on that field. they planted a tree for her near the bleachers. not on the field...her parents came and were presented with a plaque to honor her. the team had balloons with messages to monica that they released in the air. oh and they all wore black bands on their arms with her number too.

on another note, they won! 12 to 0. it was against timber creek, and they were sposedly a good team. but i guess apopka was just better last nite. next week is a tournament so i dunno if i'll go to any of those. probably :P but next time i'll wear long sleeves, pants, gloves oo maybe one of those beekeeper hats.... oh! and i can bring one of those candles hee hee.

speaking of fire, i hope everyone out there in Cali is okay! Especially to those out at SDSU where they say it's pretty bad. i remember those mornings i'd be waking up to smoke inhalation because of the fires. my prayers are going out to ya.

*turtle love*

p.s.
oh and that whole other turtle fan person? Ani? u're really cool! but, obesessed with me? i hope that was a typo... *uneasy smile* there's nothing really to be obsessed over me about lol

press f11 if it helps see the whole nemo background

let's see what i did today...

Had class. boring as usual but friend wasn't feeling good, therefore not talking to me. So i didn't feel so great.

then had long break, sat at a table inside the student union. got solicited. tried to sell me a Discovery cruise. that's rite, "tried"! I fought the evil forces! He had me clutched in his claws, sitting at the table and registration card in front of me, i could see the cage of doom lingering at the end of the tunnel. Then, a trapdoor! He mentions that they had great deals for 18 or 21yr olds. At last! an escape!

"oh..."
"so are you 18 or 21?"
"i'm only 17."
"aww well when is your birthday?"
(having already read the expiration date in Feb and still maintaining a bit of truthfulness)
"June."
"aww well you can't go i'm sorry you have to be 18"
"aww..."
"unless your boyfriend is 21?"
"oh, no..."
"and you don't go out with your parents much huh?"
(boy he was really trying)
"no i don't."
(we both look disappointed)
"well maybe (we both simultaneously say) next year! haha isn't that funny how we both said that?"
"haha. well thanks tho."
*he walks away*

sheesh i was hoping he would be someone asking to sign a petition but nooo he wants to sell me a whole frickin 6 person cruise trip. I should practice my "I'm not interested" line. Or maybe my "I won't ever be older than 17" line. LoL.

26.10.03

hmm let's see if i can write a post everyday this week...

Yesterday was UCF's homecoming parade and Miss America was there! That was pretty cool. Too bad I didn't feel like going lol. i didn't know.... but maybe when she starts up her classes again i'll see her 'round.

My mom, sister, and I went to Altamonte to look around. then we decided to go see a movie. School of Rock. It actually wasn't bad. Rather cute in its own way.

Oh and finally.... game 6 of the World Series... Florida won!!! Woohoo! Goodness Florida has so many reasons to gloat right now. Super Bowl, Miss America, World Series.... uh... Disneyworld. Even Apopka had their Little League World Series fill and 6A Football Champs thing. So yeah haha. That Josh Beckett pitcher dude was really good. Poor New York suffered the loss on their own field. But... I'm not from New York.... so.... GO MARLINS!!! lol.

Flamingo (cards) make me happy :D

I'm starting to ignore blogging stories! So here's one:

Once upon a time this girl named Turtle found out she was going to get something in the mail. This wasn't just any kind of mail, it was something from her very good friend Jacqchhh! She was very happy and excited with this news but had to wait patiently. She hadn't even received it yet but was already thanking her friend. Jacqchhh questioned her, asking what if it was just a notecard with the word Hi on it? Turtle responded by saying she loved index cards.
A couple days passed and the day had finally came! An envelope from Coral Gables. Well it doesn't look dangerous, she thought. Turtle took her letter opener, the turtle one, and sliced it open. A card! With... a flamingo on it! yes a flamingo! Jacq explains the surprising similarities between flamingoes (flamingos?) and turtles. They can hide their heads, and they both like water. By gosh, Turtle thought, she's right! Why didn't she see this before?! Turtle was very happy to receive such a kind, and educational, gesture and she will reply to it someday soon!

end.

here's another story:

This past Thursday, Turtle went to Comedy Knight with some new acquaintances. She didn't expect to meet new people. She thought she would just meet her newest friend, Jonnie, and her boyfriend, whose name escapes her right now. They planned to meet in the Engineering Atrium at 7pm. Turtle sat down to wait on a couch, when at around 7:15 Jonnie and whole congregation of people come! Well okay it was more like six people. I think I was the only freshman of the bunch. Oh wait um SHE, SHE thinks she was the only freshman of the bunch. :P Woohoo, newbie!
They said the doors would open at 7 but they didn't open until 7:45pm. The place was packed to the top. Turtle and her newfound acquaintances being among those at the top. Finally, the show was starting. The Comedians were Gary Owen (from BET), Pablo Francisco (sp), and Daryl Hammon (sp again. the guy from SNL). It was a great show! SO Funny. Turtle had noticed how the comedians kind of spanned to a greater outlook. Most of Owen's bits were dissing UCF/college freshman girls. Most of Pablo's were about Florida/Latinos and Hammon's were about Celebrities/Bill Clinton. The first two guys were really loud, profanity-every-other-word, horny hilarious. That which appeals most to the college crowd. The last guy seemed a bit boring unfortunately. He didn't speak really loud and he sounded ill too because he started coughing a lot. Plus the college majority doesn't really care about the secretary of defense or how much the Kennedys don't have a true "Bawston ackscent". Nevertheless, Turtle had a very good time despite the airconditioning blowing on her the whole time. She was freezing without a jacket. Her friend Jonnie, who had a jacket, was just as cold. Turtle was also very happy to meet new people and even a new guy (he arrived later) whom she found out was also in her Intro class. hooray.

end.

to that banana slug on tha west coast...

sorry this took so long....

i've been muchos busy! and these questions made me think beaucoup

Justin's Interview

[one] Of the three states you've lived in so far, which do you like best? Explain.
Hee hee I like how you say “so far” Justin. What other states await for me to inhabit them? Hmm well no offense to those in Illinois, but that’s at the bottom of my list… okay I just have to say California. Besides the air quality and the stereotype of superficiality, I think California really does have everything. Snow, mountains, beaches, deserts, celebrities, bums, ghettos, suburbs, Disney, has-beens, will-bes. It's where all of the commotion is and i like that hustle and bustle of a busy environment feel. Did that make any sense?! lol. I love Florida but when it comes to “things to do”, I guess it’s California. Even though I like all the theme parks here! :D Oh and plus, a lot of my friends are there! I miss them…

[two] How did your obsession with turtles originate?
Well… my sister and I had turtles back in ol’ Duarte. I kinda took a liking to them then, but who doesn’t like their pets? In 9th grade I had ONE turtle object. That would be the necklace. When I had to leave and go to Illinois I felt really really displaced, alone, like a nobody. So when I found my first turtle shirt there, I decided hey, I can create this identity for myself. I would be somebody. Not necessarily “belonged” but I’d be someone people could recognize. And identified as the turtle girl I surely was! Pretty soon I found more and more turtle stuff, people actually started to give me turtle stuff! It just grew more and more to where I am today. It helped me adjust a whole lot and I’m grateful. And it's not like i dont know anything about them either! i read up on them so i'm not just this girl who says she likes them just cuz of the clothing. they're fascinating creatures. Another reason I give for the “obsession” is that… turtles aren’t appreciated very much! Someone’s gotta love them ;-).

[three] Discovery Channel or History Channel? Explain.
Actually I don’t watch very much of either. Oh does Discovery Channel have Unsolved Mysteries? That’s spooky. Since I don’t know, I’ll go with the History Channel because I love learning about history!

[four] Is religion an important part of your life? Why or why not?
Religion is a very important part of my life. I don’t talk about it very much because it’s kind of complicated for me to explain, but I go to church every Sunday and use prayer a lot. It’s not so much going through the motions of church that’s important, but applying everything I get from it to my life.

[five] If you could expel one state from the Union, which would you remove? Why?
Wow. I really don’t know… they’re all here for a reason I guess. But I suppose if I would expel a state just for the heckuvit… I’d pick…. Maine. Because my former English teacher and former French teacher are from there and there must be something strange in that water! LoL.

Stacy's Interview

[one] name one life-changing event you've experienced so far.
Hmm well I’m gonna ignore the moving to another state event and think of another…. I’ll go with… oh! Okay I went to DHS’ graduation, which I never ever EVER thought I’d be able to do even though I had high hopes. I got to see how people changed (which most people really didn’t) or how I changed (which I don’t really think I did?). I think the Labyrinth has distorted my imagination because of its random singing and tight pants…. J/K!! Naw wait that’s not really life changing… oo alrite how about this one! I finally got a blogspot this year and now everything interesting I do *must* be documented in my blog! Hee hee. Everything I do has to be interpreted into blog form. :P

[two] how do you determine whether someone you know is a "best friend", "friend" or "acquaintance"?
LoL oh no it’s the friend speech! Well a part of it. Hee hee. ALRITE, how do I uh… I’ll start from the bottom. An acquaintance is someone who I may talk to in class/online but nothing more. Nothing outside of class, mostly small talk. A friend is someone I share interests with, I hang out with, go to lunch with, talk to in and out of class. Someone I can have fun with and not feel like I’m forcing them to talk to me. That part’s kind of complicated but…yeah. A friend is someone I miss when they’re away (i.e. moved)! Also someone who I share birthdays with : ). The hardest one for me to determine is a “best friend”. Because I don’t think I have any. Which is okay. : ) This is kind of what I think one is: someone who shares problems, who listens to yours, who relates to you in such a weird way no one else can, someone you can laugh with AND be serious with, someone you can have conversations about nothing with, someone who understands who you are and why u are. Oh I started talking in 2nd person sorry… but I guess one of the biggest things is that a best friend will keep in touch with you no matter what. oh yeah and of course someone you LOVE and CARE for very much! And it’s funny cuz I think there a few people that can fit into that :) . but I think there is WAY too much pressure for me to call anyone a best friend. So I have a few close/good/great friends who make me smile just by seeing them online, seeing their return address on the envelope, or seeing it’s their phone number trying to call my cell. :D

[three] if you could be any geometric shape, which would you be and why?
Oh I would be a sphere! Spheres can go anywhere without having some silly angles hindering mobility. I’d be light enough to bounce around on occasion, plus I’d be three dimensional so I could be *well-rounded* in everything! LoL whew that was dumb.

[four] if you hadn't moved away from california, how do you think your life would be different?
Wow good question! I always think about this. Well obvious differences, I wouldn’t have moved to Illinois or Florida. I would never have lived in snow, lived near a lake, seen more turtles in 2 years than anytime in my whole life. But besides all that physical stuff, how would I be different? Well I don’t think I would have become the “turtle girl” or just “turtle”. :) My outlook on life/the world would probably be from a very limited point of view since I would’ve been living in the same city and there would be no need to even wonder what other Americans are like. I don’t think I would be going online as much as I do because it’s almost like my lifeline to ALL my friends. I probably would have gone *away* to college with a friend or two. Oo I don’t think I would’ve learned to drive until I was a senior! That would be really strange… I wouldn’t be Pres of beloved French Club or go to Congres. I don’t really know anything that went on @ DHS but I heard there was a lot of “drama” goin on and I’m sure that would affect me. I think I could go on but let’s see if I could conclude this. So, IN CONCLUSION I think I would’ve lived a more comfortable life and eventually become more outgoing rather than having to start all over with new people. But as much as I hate to admit it, if I had the choice right now to go back in time to stay in cali, I wouldn’t. It hurt a lot that I had to adjust so much and make friends, lose friends, make acquaintances and be nothing more than that. But I have made so many great friends and at the same time keeping *close* with my other friends (that after 3years I could still have fun with! :D), while maintaining my sanity, that it’s like the best of all worlds. : ) Stacy did I think enough about this one? Hee hee.

[five] if you had a nickel for every time you said the word "turtle," how much money would you have?
Hahaha…haha… it’s so funny! Yesterday I tried to go on a “no turtle words diet” and I couldn’t do it! I don’t remember what I was doing or thinking about but I must’ve said it at least 5 times. They were even on South Park and another nature show last night. So let’s see if I did have a nickel for every time I said *that* I’d probably have… $3000!! LoL. I think in conversation the other person usually says turtle more than I do lol. But hey if I could make a living of that, I would be rolling in tha dough right now…

THE END!!
i kno there's a lot more i could've added, but the interviewers are getting restless! hee hee plus if i tried to add anymore i'd probably end up with a novella. :P

SO if u were curious like me as to this interview process and want 1 or more people to interview you (like i did! lol):

Here's how it works:
1 -- Leave a comment, saying you want to be interviewed.
2 -- I will respond; I'll ask you five questions.
3 -- You'll update your journal with my five questions, and your five answers.
4 -- You'll include this explanation.
5 -- You'll ask other people five questions when they want to be interviewed.

17.10.03

Woohoo!

finally it's frickin friday! this was one of the longest weeks... i spent almost all week workin with my engineering group on our pasta bridge but i think it's worth it. i volunteerd to put the report together once everyone got their sections of it typed, and it only cost me 8 hours of work and staying up till 2ish last nite :S. but i wanted it to be almost perfect, and i don't want to toot my own horn... but it is in a nice spiffy binder. yeah that's rite, no stapling the paper together... oo and they're in sheet protectors too! we had to predict the weight of the bridge beforehand and we thought about 4lbs.... it was actually a lil over 1lb. haha.but we predicted the weight it held dead on! it held 25times its weight! i'm so proud of the project lol. even tho i'm rite sick of it. but anyway that's all turned in and done. next we have a marshmallow launcher competition a month and a half away and hopefully we'll start on it sooner than we did this one.

so it's been an interesting week, i survived 4 midterms (3 exams, and the pasta bridge counts as one too) and passed them all. unless i bombed the music exam... Then there were the interesting visitors who came to this very blog. I also had an app't with my 1st year advisor. which has now given me more to think about cuz registration for next semester (already?!) is nov.12. i'm contemplating which math to take... applied calc or "this one has more theory" calc. or take trig and wait for calc. iono. i dont think i want to be a full fledged engineer cuz i want to minor in business also...gak. *gasp* anybody remember that stuff called gak that kids would play with? hee hee n e way... i dont know! what to do! too many choices! aahhh! indecision... taking... over...

Now all i have to do is post my interview answers! :) i'm mostly done with them i think! they're at home tho... and me being at school doesn't help so darn much.

16.10.03

shutdown

A girl from jasonmraz.org asked me to take off the wallpaper because it was slowing their server. lol. she asked me to link from geocities or something, but blogspot won't let me do that! pooh. that's okay, it was starting to "settle in" anyway. :P will write more later.

14.10.03

hmm...

my dad gave me a hardboiled egg to eat for lunch yesterday.

and i forgot where i put it.

10.10.03

Done

so the week is practically over already! wow! mine went by quick, how about yours? i've had a good week. i think i told stacy that i've been "awesome if i do say so myself". lol. i made a bunch of new friends this week. it seems harder to do that when u dont live in a dorm because i know a lot of people have a lot of new friends already. or it could just possibly be me and my slow-ness. wow the screen looks blurry lol. hakuna matata. wednesday i had been studying for this sociology exam all morning. studying hard, making notecards and all that jazz. come time for the exam i felt pretty confident. professor wenzel comes in with two boxes and places it in the front of the room. the exams right? he announces that there had been a mistake with copy making and he was short about 100 in his previous class. so since he figures we're the same size class he does the same thing he did for the earlier. what's that? he gave everyone 100! wow, that's just stellar. at first i was frustrated that i spent all that time for nothing but then i resolved that a free 100 is better than an earned... non 100. i met a friend who wanted to do a socio study group so i finally met everyone on wed. i didn't know who they were before. so that's cool. they're all really diverse people. lets see if i remember their names are sara, shannon, natalie, and meredith. and me! yay. lol.

in SWE (society of women engineers) i joined the publicity committee a few weeks ago, but the chair didn't even know who i was! which i find can cause difficulties in later situations. so i emailed her that wednesday night saying i would intro myself at the next meeting. (thursday.) next morning i found an email that said there wasn't a meeting this week! hooray! i didn't have to stay until 8pm at school! but then i realized, oh no she wouldn't know who i am yet. then i saw that i got an email from her. her name's Jonnie "(pronounced Joe-Knee)" as she reminds us in emails lol. anyway Jonnie was saying how it would be great if we could have lunch, so we did at this place called Pita Pit. that's a cool place. the pitas were huge. she pointed out the cartoon vegetables and pitas painted on the wall. they had scary eyes. like they were out to get us. especially this giant pita that was painted next to the cash register that looked like it wanted to get revenge and eat us for a change. hee hee. she's really cool and nice. she's a sophomore now in electrical engineering. we can relate because we both commute. she went to boone high school. so after that she had to go to a meeting and i still had 2 hours till my one class at 3. she called 30minutes later saying they cancelled their meeting without telling her! aww how sad. so we chilled (as opposed to microwaved?) in the starbucks at the bookstore. conversed about Jessica Simpson in Newlyweds (hilarious).

and TODAY was... eh. lol i kno it's not even over yet but the reason i am typing this right now (at 1:56pm) is because there wasn't a Sociology class today! somehow 4 of us missed that. there were only 3 other people sitting in the large lecture hall with me lol. apparently on wednesday he said there wasn't going to be class but i guess it went over my head. i was busy being frustrated about studying all morning i guess lol. anyway, ONE guy actually heard him say there wasn't class but he was sitting there "just in case". thats crazy lol. one girl hadn't come to class all week and when she finally did, there wasn't any! haha. that led me to inquire whether she knew about the exam, which she didn't, and i told her we all got automatic As. she went off the wall with that haha. "GOD LOVES ME!!!" right after saying she thought God was punishing her for not coming to class. strange character :P.

one more paragraph lol. because i have 10 more minutes :). oh yeah for those of you uncoordinated few, just kidding!! hee hee, or those who just didn't get it, when you do clockwise circles with your ft and then draw the 6 with your hand, your foot is supposed to switch going counterclockwise. i didn't want to give it away because the suggestion might influence it. anyway i thought that was a fun diddy to add :). the mini digital camera i saw on saturday? i bought it on monday! lol. it is the chouette-est thing eva! i've been testing it with lighting on campus by taking pictures outside, it doesn't come with any flash, and it's been fantastic. i've been acting "stealth" with it cuz i felt dumb taking pictures with a mini camera of just the scenery. hee hee. like a spy. *click! hide in hand, look away*. oh uh what camera? i see no camera? it fits into the palm of my hand :D. yesterday i figured out how to do a webcam with it. hee hee. it's funny cuz it has like a one second delay. so it's like a bad japanese dubbed godzilla movie haha. it's so much fun guys! lol. okays well imma make like a banana and peel. bye.

... so ends the weekend

anyone ever notice when i say "ttyl" or "soon" that's almost a GUARANTEE that i won't be on? lol. i don't plan to do that really. i always end being busy. because of spontanaeity of course.

here's a follow up to my last entry: Apopka Lost! gosh. 24 to 7. edgewater got 2 touchdowns within like 2 minutes in the 4th. security forced edgewater and apopka to stay on their sides. we sat near the band... they dance funny. but there was this dude who had those ear piercing bullhorns. my sister said u could see the impact of it by the surrounding circumference of screams. lol. so annoying. saw a couple of friends, said hi to one of them.

my friday night was just not something to cheer one up. besides the loss, we found out about a terrible car accident that involved people my sister knew. not really her friends, but friends of her softball mates and such. the outlook was not good for one of the girls. no seatbelts were worn. NO SEATBELTS! that's horrible. i'm making everyone in a car with me to wear a seatbelt if they don't already do so. *sigh*. sorry that's awful news...

yesterday i had breakfast with my mom and sister at the INTERNATIONAL HOUSE OF PANCAKES (!!) . my mom asked if i knew what lingonberries were, that reminded me of the time we went to IHOP for breakfast during Congres. afterwards we went to the Altamonte mall so i could go buy a concert ticket! yay :). so molly that answers your question. hopefully i won't find it cheaper... cuz if i do! then ya. after concert ticket... sister went to find yellow hotwheel truck for a bday gift. apparently those don't exist cuz we couldn't find any yellow toy pickup trucks anywhere! but then we saw these "Penny Racers", which has nothing to do with her friend's gift cuz we thought they were chouette. and we bought those hee hee. it was buy one get one free! packages of 3. total 6 cars. so we sat down and raced the cars across the mall floor. haha it was funny. we experimented by subbing a dime for the penny in the car. after that we ended up going to the new location of the "as seen on teevee" store (or however it's called). bigger! spacier! a fav store of my mom's. we saw mini digital cameras! i am seriously buying it next time i go that way.oo! i just thought, what if i could sneak it into the upcoming concerts i'm attending? sneak a mini camera into a concert hee hee. goin stealth. i've snuck actual 35mm non disposable cameras. it was funny cuz when i went to td waterhouse they have this metal detector for cameras, and it actually beeped off! but when i showed him my bag he saw my keys and let me thru lol. then when i was using it the ladies next to me were thinking like i would get caught. pshh. security was walking past, and i saw them glance at me thinking i would have my camera in the open like that. haha. anyway... stealth.

so now it's sunday. pizza hut for dinner, as we watched saturday night fever. got done with 8+ hours of work, burned my thumb. it's not bad. still attached and all. oh hey! i should start a couple countdowns here! yeah okay. a bientot.

"Wow I didn't know she had boobs"

Hello everyone!

Yes well it is a VERY lovely Friday today. Even though I can't say the same for my friends (Get Well Soon x2, Hope Everything Works Out!), I must say my day is just splendid. I decided to spend my morning break before my Intro to Engineering class with Billy where I had a great time. All we did was talk for a whole hour. Not any necessarily enlightening or philosophical subjects, but it was so nice to be able to keep a flow of discussion going. We, actually he, reminisced about prom and he told me stuff his (guy) friends told him about me at prom. Stuff I don't think I wanted to hear lol. One thing is the quote up there lol. I found that hilarious. Yes it's true. I. have. boobs. Just because I like to dress casual most of the time hee hee. Anyway, yes good times *smile and nod*.

I'm going to the Apopka vs. Edgewater football game. Fun. My sister actually invited me lol. Aww... she really just needs a ride but right now i'm in denial. J/k. I might find some friends. Who knows... it should be a good game anyway considering the extreme rivalry those football teams have.

Ta ta.
